About The Position

7-Eleven is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Summer Construction Management Intern to support the New Store Development team with planning, budgeting, and execution of new-to-industry convenience store construction projects. The 11-week summer internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment where multiple projects are managed simultaneously from preconstruction through completion. The intern will work with construction and development professionals and receive regular coaching, feedback, cross-functional exposure, and opportunities to learn about store and distribution operations. The internship concludes with a project presentation to functional leaders. The intern will gain practical experience across the lifecycle of commercial construction, including estimating, scheduling, budget management, subcontractor coordination, site visits, reporting, and field operations.
