Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role (internships or early PM experience acceptable).
  • Basic understanding of project management principles (schedules, risks, dependencies, and reporting).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot issues in data and follow through to resolution.
  • Comfortable working across teams and communicating with different stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams; ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High school diploma required

Responsibilities

  • Maintain organized and accurate project documentation (folders, naming conventions, version control) to ensure information is easy to access and audit-ready.
  • Track project schedules, key milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
  • Consolidate inputs from multiple stakeholders to create clear and consistent program reporting.
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks in project data and proactively escalate issues or unclear items.
  • Coordinate and support project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Monitor action items and ensure timely completion, escalating overdue or unresolved items as needed.
  • Support coordination across multiple projects by working with Project Managers, Install Managers, and Operations teams.
  • Contribute to improving processes, tools, and standard ways of working to increase efficiency and consistency.
  • Assist with onboarding and training support related to project tools and financial processes, as needed.
  • Help ensure clear and consistent communication across all project stakeholders.
