About The Position

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing facility construction, renovation, infrastructure, and capital improvement projects across the health system. Manages projects from concept through completion, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, contractor oversight, regulatory compliance, stakeholder communication, and project documentation. Collaborates with organizational leaders, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, within budget, and in support of organizational goals while minimizing disruption to patient care and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Project Management, or related field required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible project management experience involving construction, renovation, facilities, or capital improvement projects required.
• Valid NYS driver's license clear of violations consistent with FLH Policy.

• Additional training in building design and construction
• Healthcare construction or healthcare facilities management experience
