Nice To Haves

- Relevant trade certifications, licenses, or apprenticeships
- Leadership experience for Foreman, Superintendent, and Project Management positions
- Knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project execution
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents
- OSHA training or other safety certifications
