Relevant trade certifications, licenses, or apprenticeships
Leadership experience for Foreman, Superintendent, and Project Management positions
Knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project execution
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents
OSHA training or other safety certifications
