This role involves supporting project management through documentation, scheduling, problem-solving, communication, and closeout processes.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture or equivalent applicable work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach.
  • Understanding of construction processes and documentation.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change documentation, and project logs to keep everything on track.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating project schedules, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Work alongside the Project Manager to resolve challenges efficiently.
  • Attend project meetings, document key discussions, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Support punch lists, warranty management, closeout document management, and ensure successful project completion.
