Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or two years of experience as a project engineer or similar role for a specifically related field such as Commercial/Industrial Construction, DoD contracting, EMP protection or Manufacturing
  • Ability to obtain or current possession of U.S. Passport
  • Understanding of and proficiency with plan reading, specifications, statements of work or request for proposals
  • Experience coordinating project teams and schedules
  • Proficient with MS Office suite
  • Ability and willingness to obtain a Department of Defense Top-Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and deliver project submittents, customer deliverables, and other required documentation on time.
  • Maintain project logs, trackers, and records, including procurement, RFIs, change management, and status reporting.
  • Monitor project progress, identify issues or risks, escalate concerns, and recommend solutions to support successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, timely completion of work, and achievement of shared goals.
  • Uphold company quality standards, policies, and professional reputation while supporting additional project needs and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Maintain schedules, scopes, and objectives for active and anticipated projects.
