Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Willingness to learn additional software such as BlueBeam and HeavyJob

Responsibilities

Assist Project Manager and Estimator with project documentation and administrative tasks
Support the preparation and management of submittments, work plans, RFIs, and quantity take-offs
Solicit quotes and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
Track quantities, materials, and labor in coordination with field staff
Prepare and organize foreman books, project folders, submittals, and other essential documentation
Maintain organized project files, drawings, and plans both digitally and physically
Communicate clearly and professionally with vendors, subcontractors, and team members
Collect and compile data from the PM and foreman to support RFIs and project tracking
Write clear, concise, and professional emails, letters, and reports
Accurately prepare documents in a timely manner under project deadlines
Demonstrate professional appearance and conduct at all times
