About The Position

Project Coordinator is responsible for promoting a positive and organized environment as well as providing clerical support to the VP of Community Improvement as well as other office staff and partners in the field.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft suite products such as Word, Excel and Outlook, etc.
  • Experience in typing
  • Taking notes
  • Organize file and notes
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of office experience

Responsibilities

  • Assists with administrative duties (i.e. typing, filing, copying, sorting mail, etc.) as requested by the supervisor
  • Responsible for processing hotel requests for all departments as needed under the new travel policy of the company
  • Follows up on where the different division are in the company and maintains in the weekly schedule.
  • Maintains schedules for the painters
  • Collects weekly payroll time sheets and PTO requests and submits to for Payroll processing
  • Enters in routine CER’s when needed for Pruitt Health Construction
  • Enters in project CER ‘s for the renovation projects for Corporate Development
  • Builds and maintains scopes for the project CER’s
  • Sets up and files info into the different Project CER’s as needed.
  • Coordinates information related to construction and renovation projects.
  • Communicates with vendors, contractors, and internal /external customers
  • Coordinates, organizes, and communicates corporate standard manuals.
  • Coordinates and organizes material or information as needed for the P&L review
  • Sets up meetings and conference calls as needed
  • Maintains vehicle tag renewals and VIN numbers on the different company vehicles.
