OVERVIEW: The Company is seeking a highly organized self-starter and execution-focused Construction Project Coordinator to support the Director of Construction and field operations team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects move efficiently from estimating through closeout, maintaining alignment between office and field operations. The Construction Project Coordinator will help keep projects on schedule, on budget, in compliance, and properly documented, serving as a key communication link between leadership, Permitting agencies, field crews, subcontractors, engineers, and clients. This position is ideal for a construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced, accountability-driven environment and takes ownership of outcomes.
