About The Position

B.H. Inc. is looking to hire a full-time Construction Project Coordinator (Project Engineer) to support Project Managers on commercial construction projects in and around the state of Utah. Applicants will be based out of a central office, but will spend time on-site as necessary to further the progress of the on-site construction team. This position requires a construction management degree or equal industry experience. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate or a seasoned Construction Project Coordinator looking to advance their career with a company that offers an outstanding company culture and team atmosphere.

Requirements

Construction management degree or experience as a project engineer.
2-3 years of commercial construction experience.
Knowledge of Request for Information (RFI) and submittal procedures and tracking.
Understanding and assisting with the process of tracking and documenting changes to the project scope.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are paramount for interacting with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, design professionals, and internal teams.
Ability to clearly convey project goals, updates, and changes.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
Unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Responsibilities

Support Project Managers on commercial construction projects.
