About The Position

Arcadis is seeking a Program Scheduler & Data Management Strategist professional to join their team. This role is for a key technology client and involves analyzing large volumes of data, with a deep knowledge of program schedules for a fast-moving data center construction program.

Requirements

Deep program scheduling experience related to construction projects.
Experience working with the analysis of big data related to capital construction programs.
Strong skills in providing comprehensive and accurate schedule reports utilizing data from both BP systems and contractor supplied information, with appropriate analysis for a “no surprise” approach.
Strong technical skills in Primavera (P6), MS Projects, Programming, Dashboards, and Excel.
Ability to be a self-starter with strong time management skills.
Very strong communication skills (oral and written).
Experience working in and with internal and external stakeholder teams.

Responsibilities

Create and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6 for a portfolio of global data center programs, including new data center scopes, operational data center moves, and retrofit changes.
Provide recommendations and/or propose resolutions based on schedule analysis.
Analyze large volumes of data for Arcadis’s key technology clients and present findings clearly and concisely.
Collaborate across organizational levels to oversee and ensure successful schedule execution and on-time delivery.
Resolve issues and ensure consistency between cost control, planning/scheduling, and estimating functions.
Develop and implement earned value management (EVM) processes and systems for global data center programs.
Manage baselines, progress measurement, schedule quality analysis, Monte Carlo simulation, and contingency management using Primavera P6 to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Identify process improvements and streamlining opportunities using software tools and/or automation.
Provide support on cost and resource loaded Integrated Master Schedule development, deployment, management, reporting, improvement, and modification.
