We are seeking a skilled Construction Planner/Coordinator to support project planning, construction logistics, and field operations across multiple industrial construction projects. In this role, you will coordinate tooling and equipment, assist with pre‑construction planning, support project scheduling, and ensure smooth communication between project managers, field crews, and procurement teams. This position is ideal for someone who is interested in construction project coordination, logistics management, and jobsite support. The Construction Planner is the office-based partner for the site-based Construction Manager. The Construction Planner is responsible for enhancing communication for the Construction Group. This position will provide the employee with exposure and experience in numerous aspects of construction management including scheduling, logistics, safety, and quality control. In addition to the primary construction coordination and planning responsibilities, this position will assist with general groundskeeping, help organize and coordinate the tool house, and take on other duties as assigned to support the team and maintain a safe, well‑functioning work environment. The role requires a high level of collaboration across teams, as well as strong self‑management skills and the ability to proactively initiate and complete tasks.
