About The Position

The Planner Coordinator supports the execution of the U.S. Estée Lauder Companies Inc. business by partnering with Planning, Account Management, and cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence, accurate reporting, and flawless execution of retailer programs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Planning, Retail Operations, or Account Management.
Strong analytical aptitude with advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI, SAP, or retailer systems preferred.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end SKU setup, assortment maintenance, and retailer system accuracy.
Coordinate promotional execution, including Purchase Orders, Gift with Purchase, samples, collateral, and shipment tracking.
Maintain business trackers, calendars, and operational tools while supporting invoicing, chargebacks, and process improvements.
Prepare and maintain recurring sales, inventory, fill rate, and promotional reports.
Monitor business performance and identify trends, variances, and reporting exceptions.
Ensure data accuracy across internal systems and retailer reporting.
Provide timely reporting and analytical support for planners, account managers, and cross-functional teams.
Partner with Planning, Account Management, Marketing, Field Sales, and retailer teams to ensure timely execution of launches and promotional programs.
Coordinate key project milestones and communicate execution updates to stakeholders.
Support seasonal planning activities and ad hoc business initiatives.
Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and execution across the business.
