Build Relationships. Drive Results. A day in the life: Morning Check-In: Review the project schedule and ensure all crews are prepared for the day’s tasks. Communicate with vendors to confirm material deliveries. Client Communication: Check in with homeowners to provide updates on ongoing projects, address questions, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the process. Midday Operations: Handle material orders, manage change orders, and monitor project budgets to ensure everything stays on track. Recruit, schedule, and oversee installation crews as needed. Problem-Solving: Address unexpected issues, such as material delays or customer concerns, and work with your team to resolve them quickly and efficiently. Daily Wrap-Up: Review progress reports, evaluate upcoming priorities, and plan your next day to ensure smooth operations.
