Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial construction, ideally in siding and renovation.
  • Ability to recruit and manage installation crews, coordinate with vendors, and oversee multiple projects at once.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Comfortable using different software to manage project schedules, generate reports, and track client interactions.
  • Skilled at handling unexpected challenges, from material delays to customer concerns, and finding quick, practical solutions.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits and on-site management.
  • Must be able to relocate to Franchise Location (if not currently local).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate crews and manage materials.
  • Handle client check-ins and resolve issues.
  • Ensure projects stay on time and teams stay on track.
  • Communicate with homeowners to provide updates, address questions, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle material orders, manage change orders, and monitor project budgets.
  • Recruit, schedule, and oversee installation crews.
  • Address unexpected issues, such as material delays or customer concerns, and work with your team to resolve them.
  • Review progress reports, evaluate upcoming priorities, and plan the next day.
