About The Position

Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey. Over the coming years, our teams will be supporting the delivery of complex, multi‑disciplinary rail infrastructure programmes, encompassing major linear works, stations, interfaces, systems integration, and construction staging in dense urban and operational environments. This role offers the opportunity to shape how large‑scale rail programmes are planned, mobilised, and delivered, working closely with public‑sector clients, delivery partners, and industry stakeholders. The Construction Director will provide senior leadership across multiple projects and programmes, setting strategy, establishing best‑practice delivery models, and building high‑performing teams. You will be a visible leader internally and externally, bringing credibility, commercial acumen, and a strong understanding of inter-disciplinary construction risk, safety, and assurance within live rail environments. If you are seeking a role where you can lead at scale, influence outcomes across a portfolio, and help define the future of rail delivery in Canada, we would welcome your interest.
