About The Position

LaRiviere Inc. is looking for an experienced Construction Office Staff Accountant to join our Garwood office team in Rathdrum, ID. The Construction Accountant is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of construction projects, including budgeting, cost tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting. They ensure that all financial records are accurate, comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and support the overall financial health of LaRiviere Inc.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Construction Accountant or similar role
Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and principles
Experience with accounting software
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of tax payments and returns
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Nice To Haves

Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field preferred

Responsibilities

Creating and managing project budgets
Processing invoices and tracking project expenses
Working with project managers to evaluate financial progress and projections
