About The Position

Kleinfelder's Construction Services team is looking for full-time candidates to join our Construction Materials Testing (CMT) operation. No experience required, as we are committed to investing in our team members and will provide training and advancement opportunities through technician certification programs. Requirements

Authorization to work in the United States
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass drug test.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work independently and as a team member, maintain composure, and work effectively in a high-pressure environment with changing priorities.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., work outdoors in varying weather conditions, traverse uneven terrain, and stand for extended periods.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Able to use a company provided laptop or iPad and a working knowledge of MS Office programs (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Nice To Haves

Construction-related training or technical training desirable
Certifications in Concrete and Soil desirable

Responsibilities

Perform routine quality control test procedures including concrete and nuclear moisture/density testing.
Become familiar with reading and understanding applicable construction plans and specifications.
Prepare and submit daily reports.
Interact with clients, contractors, and other design professionals.
Attend job site related meetings.
Perform testing in our soils and construction materials testing laboratories.
