About The Position

Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) is seeking experienced Geotechnical Engineering Technicians for work in the Odessa/Midland, Texas area. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on fieldwork and contributing to projects that require quality materials testing and clear, consistent results. As a Geotechnical Engineering Technician, you will be crucial in supporting project teams and delivering essential testing services to clients. GTA is a reputable geotechnical engineering and environmental consulting firm serving the civil engineering and environmental consulting sectors, known for its accurate field data, dependable testing, and practical technical insights.

Requirements

High School Diploma required
Experience with concrete and soils testing
Own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's license
US citizen or permanent resident (visa sponsorship is not available for this role)
Overtime and weekend work WILL BE REQUIRED

Nice To Haves

BS in Civil Engineering or Geology preferred, but not required
ACI certification strongly preferred
Other certifications like NICET, ICC and TxDOT a plus

Responsibilities
