JMT's Herndon Construction Management Team is looking for a Construction Manager to oversee construction inspection for significant transportation projects in the Northern Virginia/Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
Requirements
- Providing Construction Inspection oversight on major transportation projects
Responsibilities
- Responsible for marketing and business development for transportation construction projects
- Manages contracts, including invoicing and financial management
- Responsible for project QA/QC in the assigned region
- Maintains and builds client relationships
- Prepare technical and price proposals
- Hires, trains, develops, and conducts performance reviews for staff
- Lead and manage team members by providing leadership and continuous performance management (setting expectations, goals, feedback, 1:1 meeting, coaching) that supports the growth and development of team
- Assists design disciplines with constructability questions/issues
- Perform other related duties as assigned
