About The Position

GAYLOR ELECTRIC, INC, is seeking a Construction Manager based in Fishers, IN. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities including designing, cost estimating, quality control, surveying, managing, and monitoring project performance. The Construction Manager will collaborate with architects and engineers on design procedures and techniques, and will interact with various internal departments and roles such as the Project Manager, Field Manager, General Superintendent, and Human Resource Department. The core function of this position is to oversee and manage construction projects from their initiation to completion, with a critical focus on ensuring that all projects adhere to established timelines, remain within budget, and meet specified quality standards. This involves comprehensive supervision of the entire construction process, which includes detailed planning, budgeting, scheduling, active management of the construction site, strict adherence to safety regulations, and effective coordination of all members of the project team.
