About The Position

LRS Federal is seeking a Construction Manager to join its team in Waco, Texas. The role will lead construction and estimating for an upcoming project supporting a large federal project. Prior experience with the GSA or a similar federal agency is highly preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field from an accredited institution; alternatively, at least 10 years of progressively responsible construction project management experience may substitute for the degree, subject to Government approval.
• At least 7 years of verifiable experience managing construction or renovation projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
• Must have successfully served as the primary Project Manager or in Estimating on at least three projects of similar size and complexity.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with federal facilities or similarly regulated environments.
• Prior experience working with the GSA or a similar federal agency.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification.
• Certified Healthcare Construction (CHC) certification.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Registered Architect (RA) credential.
• Cost estimating experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction and estimating for an upcoming large federal project.
• Serve as a primary Project Manager or in an estimating role on projects of similar size and complexity.
