About The Position

The Construction Manager (CM) is responsible for achieving individual monthly goals related to closings, cycle times, VPO spend, and Avid survey results, while delivering outstanding customer service throughout the entire Customer Journey. They will also alternate conducting bi-weekly SWPPP inspections and documenting areas needing correction, motivating trade contractors to maintain clean jobsites to comply with EPA regulations.
