About The Position

This Expression of Interest (EOI) is not tied to an immediate vacancy but allows us to proactively connect with Construction Management candidates who may be a strong fit for future opportunities within Technip Energies. The Construction Manager will lead the construction activities including planning and budgeting during preliminary development and routing, permitting, acquisition, construction bidding, and through the construction to completion. This position interfaces with the project group including estimating, scheduling, project management, project engineering, quality control, and cost control on a regular basis. This role is responsible for construction metrics identification and monthly and yearly performance associate with field construction and schedule compliance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years' construction or modular fabrication experience in large heavy industrial ammonia and hydrogen production facilities
  • Extensive knowledge on best construction methodologies within USA Gulf Coast area plus relevant education, certifications, or technical training.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, time management and leadership skills
  • A proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset
  • Alignment with our T.EN values and culture
  • English (fluent)

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated experience in modular fabrication, modules transportation and installation such as modules positioning / hook up activities
  • Background in modules positioning, hook up and solid piping activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the construction activities including planning and budgeting during preliminary development and routing, permitting, acquisition, construction bidding, and through the construction to completion.
  • Interface with the project group including estimating, scheduling, project management, project engineering, quality control, and cost control on a regular basis.
  • Be responsible for construction metrics identification and monthly and yearly performance associate with field construction and schedule compliance.
  • Act as an authorized client representative on construction managing a number of contractors and provide strategic guidance in executing.
  • Lead and ensure adequate resources are available and facilitate interactive constructability project planning sessions.
  • Identify and manage risk during the execution of construction and/or modular installation activities.
