About The Position

We are looking for motivated Construction Managers to help deliver a cutting-edge data center campus in Temple, Texas. This large-scale development is a significant investment in critical infrastructure and will include multiple data center facilities, network support buildings, and extensive site infrastructure. In this role, you will work closely with General Contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to oversee day-to-day construction activities and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and successfully. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a complex and technically challenging environment while gaining valuable experience within the rapidly growing data center industry. Requirements

  • Construction Management experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience working with General Contractors
  • Understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment

Nice To Haves

  • Work history supporting data center, mission-critical, industrial, commercial, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of construction schedules, project budgeting, and project controls.
  • Familiarity with site logistics planning, quality assurance processes, and risk management practices.
  • Experience coordinating activities among contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily construction operations in partnership with General Contractors and trade contractors.
  • Coordinate site activities, logistics, workforce access, and overall construction planning to maintain project momentum.
  • Foster a proactive safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all site safety requirements and procedures.
  • Monitor project progress related to quality, schedule, and budget performance.
  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
  • Lead and participate in project coordination meetings to ensure alignment across all teams.
  • Work collaboratively with project partners, contractors, consultants, and local jurisdictions as required.
  • Assist with preconstruction efforts, including planning, design coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement support.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, forecasts, reports, and progress updates.
  • Support project turnover, commissioning activities, and closeout efforts to ensure successful completion.
