About The Position

We are seeking Construction Managers to support the delivery of a large-scale, state-of-the-art data center campus in El Paso, Texas. This multi-phase development represents one of the most significant mission-critical infrastructure projects in the region, featuring multiple data center buildings, network facilities, and supporting infrastructure. As a Construction Manager, you will play a key role in driving project execution within a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. Working alongside General Contractors, trade partners, and cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for overseeing construction activities and ensuring successful project delivery across safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day construction activities in partnership with General Contractors and trade partners.
  • Coordinate site logistics, access planning, and construction operations to support efficient project execution.
  • Champion and promote a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with all site safety requirements and best practices.
  • Monitor project quality, schedule, and cost performance to drive predictable project outcomes.
  • Track project risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate project status updates to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate coordination meetings and maintain alignment between construction teams and project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, project partners, and cross-functional teams as required.
  • Support preconstruction efforts, including design coordination, budgeting, scheduling, planning, and procurement activities.
  • Assist with project reporting, documentation, forecasting, and overall construction management processes.
  • Contribute to successful project turnover and closeout activities.
