About The Position

We are seeking Construction Managers to support the delivery of a large-scale, state-of-the-art data center campus in El Paso, Texas. This multi-phase development represents one of the most significant mission-critical infrastructure projects in the region, featuring multiple data center buildings, network facilities, and supporting infrastructure. As a Construction Manager, you will play a key role in driving project execution within a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. Working alongside General Contractors, trade partners, and cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for overseeing construction activities and ensuring successful project delivery across safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives. Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day construction activities in partnership with General Contractors and trade partners.
Coordinate site logistics, access planning, and construction operations to support efficient project execution.
Champion and promote a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with all site safety requirements and best practices.
Monitor project quality, schedule, and cost performance to drive predictable project outcomes.
Track project risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate project status updates to stakeholders.
Facilitate coordination meetings and maintain alignment between construction teams and project stakeholders.
Collaborate with local authorities, project partners, and cross-functional teams as required.
Support preconstruction efforts, including design coordination, budgeting, scheduling, planning, and procurement activities.
Assist with project reporting, documentation, forecasting, and overall construction management processes.
Contribute to successful project turnover and closeout activities.
