Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and 15 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated ability to perform on progressively more complex projects
Responsibilities
- Determines project ways, means, methods and staffing in partnership with Regional Senior Management.
- Responsible for building the project on paper to determine the most efficient and cost-effective method(s), while incorporating SQP.
- Responsible for high level client relationship through professional conduct.
