About The Position

Aldridge is seeking a Construction Manager to join its Mission Critical division in Monroe, Louisiana. The role manages and controls profit, loss, and field production in accordance with the division’s business plan and budget. The Construction Manager is accountable for the execution, operations, and completion of assigned contracts and provides operational and administrative leadership to field and Project Managers. The position also contributes to division planning and management and project meetings, and promotes the company’s strategic plan among field and project management personnel. Travel is required.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction market.
• Technical background with engineering or field experience.
• Ability to work with all levels of staff and management.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control profit, loss, and field production in accordance with the division’s business plan and budget.
• Participate in division planning and perform other corporate leadership tasks as assigned by the team.
• Be accountable for execution, operations, and completion of assigned contracts.
• Provide operational and administrative leadership to field and Project Managers.
• Contribute to management meetings and project-planning, project-execution, and project-closure meetings.
• Promote and assimilate the company’s strategic plan throughout field and project management personnel.
