About The Position

Aldridge is seeking a Construction Manager to join its Mission Critical division in Monroe, Louisiana. The role manages and controls profit, loss, and field production in accordance with the division’s business plan and budget. The Construction Manager is accountable for executing, operating, and completing assigned contracts, and provides operational and administrative leadership to field and Project Managers. The position also contributes to division planning, management and project meetings, and communication of the company’s strategic plan to field and project management personnel. Travel is required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction market.
• Technical background with engineering or field experience.
• Ability to work with all levels of staff and management.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control profit, loss, and field production in accordance with the division’s business plan and budget.
• Participate in division planning and perform other corporate leadership tasks as assigned.
• Be accountable for execution, operations, and completion of assigned contracts.
• Provide operational and administrative leadership to field and Project Managers.
• Contribute to management, project-planning, project-execution, and project-closure meetings.
• Promote and assimilate the company’s strategic plan throughout field and project management personnel.
