About The Position

Aldridge is looking for a Construction Manager to manage and control profit, loss, and field production in accordance with the business plan (budget) for our Mission Critical division. This role involves actively participating in division planning and performing other corporate leadership tasks as assigned by the team. The Construction Manager will hold accountability for the execution, operations, and completion of assigned contracts, and provide operational and administrative leadership to field and Project Managers. They will contribute to management meetings, project-planning meetings, project execution, and project closure meetings, and promote and assimilate the company’s strategic plan throughout the field and project management personnel.

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction market.
Technical background with engineering or field experience.
Ability to work with all levels of staff and management.
Willing to travel.

Responsibilities
