About The Position
LRS Federal is seeking a qualified Construction Manager to join our team in Anniston, AL. This position will be responsible for leading construction and estimating for an upcoming project that would be 18 month contract, starting on or around November 2, to help oversee the Rehabilitation of Civil Rights Related Structures in Anniston AL.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field from an accredited institution OR a minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible construction project management experience (subject to Government approval) in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 7 years of verifiable experience managing construction or renovation projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
- Must have successfully served as the primary Project Manager or in Estimating on at least three (3) projects of similar size and complexity.
