About The Position

Overwatch Mission Critical is hiring a Senior Construction Manager to serve as an on-site representative for data center construction projects, from pre-construction through testing and final handover. The role documents daily progress and site activity to keep the project team and architect/engineer (A/E) team informed and able to make timely decisions. The position operates primarily in and around active data center construction areas, including indoor and outdoor locations, unfinished buildings, temporary field offices, staging areas, and partially completed infrastructure. Site conditions may include uneven or obstructed terrain, limited accessibility, construction activity, and exposure to weather, dust, noise, vibration, and odors. Travel between job sites may be required, and the role requires a valid driver’s license appropriate for the work.
