Aldridge is looking for a Construction Manager to manage and control profit, loss, and field production in accordance with the business plan (budget) for our utility division. This role involves actively participating in division planning and performing other corporate leadership tasks as assigned. The Construction Manager will hold accountability for the execution, operations, and completion of assigned contracts, while providing operational and administrative leadership to field and Project Managers. They will contribute to management meetings, project-planning meetings, project execution, and project closure meetings, and promote and assimilate the company’s strategic plan throughout the field and project management personnel.
