About The Position

Rinvio is hiring a Construction Manager - Telecom for a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Amarillo, TX region. This is an on-site contract role with an expected 50-hour/week schedule. The project involves a large hyperscale data center build, with client and exact site details shared only with qualified candidates.

Requirements

• Experience leading scope, cost, schedule, change, and field coordination on complex construction work
• Comfort working with RFIs, submittals, drawings, schedules, procurement logs, and project controls
• Large commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction experience
• Able to work on site in the Amarillo, TX region on a 50-hour/week project schedule
• Strong documentation habits, safety awareness, and ability to coordinate across trades

Responsibilities

• Own or support telecom construction package oversight, pathway and device coordination, schedule, QA, field constraints, and turnover.
• Coordinate daily with field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project controls.
• Keep project documentation current, accurate, and useful for field execution and turnover.
• Track issues, constraints, changes, inspections, and closeout items through resolution.
• Support a high-urgency hyperscale data center build without exposing client or project-identifying details publicly.
