The primary functions of the Construction Manager are to assist Superintendents/Project Managers in bidding, scheduling, forecasting, reporting and contract implementation. Construction Manager/Telecom (PM) will help ensure timely submission of bids and meeting all customer’s reporting requirements. CM will help ensure that Project Manager and General Foreman understand The Company’s reporting and purchasing requirements and will see that The Company stays in 100% compliance with Company reporting requirements. CM will assist Project Mangers on equipment needs, budgeting, and equipment and tools logistics. CM will be required to participate in weekly calls with Superintendents/Project Managers, General Foreman, VP of Ops and President of The Company.
