Inspects ongoing work, ensures adherence to state and local codes, arranges for necessary equipment, and keeps construction project costs at or under budget. The differentiation between Construction Manager I, II, and III lies in the experience and/or skill level of the individual, as well as the size and/or number of projects managed and span of control.
