CLMI Group is seeking a Construction Manager III – TDIP Construction Manager to support Los Angeles World Airports’ (LAWA) Terminal Development & Improvement Program (TDIP) at LAX. The TDIP Construction Manager reports to the assigned project’s project manager and is responsible for managing and coordinating the construction activities of the Construction Contractor (Design/Builder and/or Construction Manager at Risk), acting as the liaison for pre-construction and construction activities, including leading safety, security, and quality for the assigned program. The Construction Manager manages the scope, cost, schedule, and operational interfaces of all design and construction-related activities, with a focus on schedule certainty, budget delivery, and ensuring construction work meets required quality standards while enforcing a strong health, safety, and environmental culture. The Terminal Development & Improvement Program (TDIP) is a major capital program modernizing LAX’s passenger terminals to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, safety, and connectivity across the airport.
