About The Position

AMTSOL partners with global pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations to deliver Automation, MES, CSV, and Digital Transformation solutions. We are seeking a hands-on Construction Manager with hard-core, onsite experience delivering GMP greenfield/brownfield facility set-ups, including construction, fit-out, and readiness for regulated manufacturing environments. The role requires strong coordination across contractors, engineering, CQV, EHS, and Quality to drive execution through mechanical completion and support commissioning & qualification toward GMP operation.

Requirements

Hard-core, onsite experience delivering GMP greenfield/brownfield facility set-ups
Experience with construction and fit-out for regulated manufacturing environments
Strong coordination skills across contractors, engineering, CQV, EHS, and Quality
Experience driving execution through mechanical completion
Experience supporting commissioning & qualification toward GMP operation
Experience with cleanroom build and controlled area readiness
Experience coordinating civil, structural, architectural, MEP, clean utilities, and process support works
Experience resolving site issues and driving corrective actions
Experience ensuring construction aligns to commissioning sequence and GMP start-up needs
Experience maintaining strong interfaces with Quality Assurance for GMP alignment, inspections, audit readiness, and compliance expectations
Experience preparing project documentation such as Project/Business Requirements, WBS, CBS, Scope Statements, execution plans
Experience tracking progress, managing changes, and coordinating punch list closure
Experience ensuring structured handover to CQV/Operations
Experience monitoring contractor productivity, reviewing schedules, and aligning look-ahead plans
Experience reporting weekly status to leadership
Experience enforcing site safety standards, permit-to-work systems, and contractor EHS compliance
Experience ensuring construction documentation is complete and compliant for GMP handover
Experience ensuring construction works meet GMP expectations for finishes, material flow, contamination control, and segregation principles
Experience supporting construction completion, system boundaries, turnover, and readiness for commissioning activities

Responsibilities

Lead site construction execution for GMP manufacturing / DS/DP facilities including fit-out, cleanroom build, and controlled area readiness.
Manage daily construction activities ensuring scope, schedule, and cost targets are met.
Oversee construction progress through mechanical completion and readiness milestones.
Coordinate with multiple contractors and subcontractors for civil, structural, architectural, MEP, clean utilities, and process support works.
Perform daily coordination with contractors, resolve site issues, and drive corrective actions to maintain momentum.
Partner closely with Engineering, Automation, CQV, and operations teams to ensure construction aligns to commissioning sequence and GMP start-up needs.
Maintain strong interfaces with Quality Assurance for GMP alignment, inspections, audit readiness, and compliance expectations.
Support/lead preparation of key project documentation such as: Project/Business Requirements, WBS, CBS, Scope Statements, execution plans.
Track progress, manage changes, coordinate punch list closure, and ensure structured handover to CQV/Operations.
Monitor contractor productivity, review schedules, align look-ahead plans, and report weekly status to leadership.
Enforce site safety standards, permit-to-work systems, and contractor EHS compliance.
Ensure construction documentation (drawings, redlines, turnover packs, IQ support documents, vendor dossiers) is complete and compliant for GMP handover.
Ensure construction works meet GMP expectations for finishes, material flow, contamination control, and segregation principles.
Work collaboratively with CQV teams to support construction completion, system boundaries, turnover, and readiness for commissioning activities.
