About The Position

Rinvio is hiring a Construction Manager - Electrical for a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Wichita Falls, TX region. This is an on-site contract role with an expected 50-hour/week schedule. The project involves the construction of a large hyperscale data center, with specific client and site details shared only with qualified candidates. The role requires ownership or support of electrical construction package oversight, field execution, schedule, manpower, QA, and turnover. The Construction Manager will coordinate daily with various teams including field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project controls. Maintaining current, accurate, and useful project documentation for field execution and turnover is crucial. The role also involves tracking issues, constraints, changes, inspections, and closeout items through resolution, all while supporting a high-urgency build without publicly exposing client or project-identifying details.

Requirements

• Experience leading scope, cost, schedule, change, and field coordination on complex construction work
• Comfort working with RFIs, submittals, drawings, schedules, procurement logs, and project controls
• Large commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction experience
• Able to work on site in the Wichita Falls, TX region on a 50-hour/week project schedule
• Strong documentation habits, safety awareness, and ability to coordinate across trades

Responsibilities
