About The Position

This role places you at the foundation of how next-generation data centers are built. As a Construction Manager – Civil / Structural, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the civil and structural work that enables large-scale, high-performance computing infrastructure—from earthworks and foundations to structural steel and underground utilities. Working in fast-paced, mission-critical environments, you’ll own field execution, coordinate across engineering, procurement, and construction teams, and ensure work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. If you thrive in roles where decisions in the field directly shape project outcomes and long-term performance, this position offers meaningful responsibility, technical challenge, and a clear path for continued leadership growth. With 100% renewable energy, we build, own and operate our data centers and take pride in being at the forefront of sustainable solutions for the ever-evolving applications of high-performance compute. We believe that human progress is invaluable, but it should be done in the right way – responsibly, sustainably and having a positive impact on the communities we operate in.
