About The Position
Michels Corporation is seeking motivated individuals for a Summer 2027 Internship in Construction Management & Engineering. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in improving America's infrastructure by serving as project support. Interns will apply project management principles to support field operations, manage project documentation, and build relationships with clients and project staff. Requirements
- Current pursuit of a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
- Travel is required (we work on projects across the country).
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, project management, and estimating software.
Responsibilities
- Serve as project support by planning, organizing, and implementing project management principles.
- Support field operations of assigned project(s).
- Prepare, process, and maintain files, correspondence, schedules, reports, and billings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and project staff at all points of the project.
