Requirements

• High school diploma
• Minimum four years experience in one or more of the building trades on a professional level
• Must have CDL driver's license
• Carpentry
• Heavy lifting (75 lbs)

Nice To Haves

• Supervision experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate the owned and rented heavy equipment.
• Maintain the owned and rented heavy equipment and company vehicles.
• Make repairs on drives, sidewalks, buildings and roofs on campus.
• Assist other shops in facilitating repairs, filling in where necessary to make sure work is completed.
• Act as contractor liaison to vendors on-site.
