About The Position

Kubicki Draper is seeking an associate attorney to join its litigation practice. The position may be based in any of the firm’s Florida offices and follows a hybrid schedule. The attorney will handle substantive litigation work, including pleadings, motions, discovery, hearings, depositions, mediations, client meetings, and settlement negotiations. The role calls for strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, a client-first approach, effective communication, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Strong and persuasive oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent client service and a client-first mindset.
• Highly organized, with clear and concise communication skills.
• Self-starter and goal-oriented, with a focus on long-term career goals.
• Competency and proficiency in Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Experience in construction defect litigation is highly desired.
