About The Position
AMS Staffing is seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Associate Attorney for an established and highly regarded construction litigation practice in Sacramento. The attorney will work on significant and complex construction matters throughout California. This position is particularly well suited for an experienced litigator looking for sophisticated work within a collaborative environment that also places value on work/life balance.
Requirements
- JD and active California Bar license required.
- Minimum of five years of experience practicing as a licensed California attorney.
- Strong civil litigation background.
- Excellent writing, analytical, interpersonal, and client-service skills.
Nice To Haves
- 10+ years of experience strongly preferred.
- Construction litigation experience is highly desirable.
- Strong general civil litigators who are interested in moving into construction litigation will also be considered.
Responsibilities
- Work on significant and complex construction matters throughout California.
- Handle pleadings, discovery, legal research, and motion practice.
