About The Position
Skillforce is currently hiring Construction Laborers for an ongoing commercial project in Winchester, VA.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- At least 1-2 years of commercial construction experience
- Reliable, on time, and able to follow directions
- Reliable transportation
- Own basic PPE and work boots
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare construction sites, remove debris and hazards
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment around the jobsite
- Dig, backfill, and perform basic site grading as directed
- Build, take down, or move basic temporary structures and barricades
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Assist other trades with general labor tasks
