Requirements
- Experience in Site Preparation.
- Digging, lifting, loading and unloading materials, clearing debris, and assisting with heavy equipment operation.
- Transporting and handling materials, including asphalt, concrete and other construction materials.
- Assisting with various construction tasks, such as paving, grading and other site work.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with DOT, COE, and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the construction of roads, bridges and other infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure efficient workflow and prevent delays.
