About The Position

TerraFirma is hiring a Construction Laborer to support foundation repair, basement waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete repair projects. The role involves preparing trucks and materials for job sites, performing hands-on field labor and installation work under a Foreman's direction, and returning equipment in good condition. The employee works alongside an experienced crew and receives industry-leading training, tools, and equipment. The work includes lifting and carrying materials, digging and backfilling trenches, cleaning job sites, working in confined spaces such as crawlspaces and basements, and performing strenuous labor outdoors in all weather conditions. The position requires safe and responsible use of TerraFirma vehicles and reliable attendance. Compensation is $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience, with potential annual earnings of $55,000–$65,000 or more with overtime and bonuses.

Requirements

At least one year of experience in construction or a related trade is preferred.
Comfortable working in confined spaces such as crawlspaces and basements for extended periods.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and willing to assist with heavier loads as a team.
Familiarity with construction tools, equipment, and safety practices.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Must meet company vehicle insurance requirements.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks with materials, tools, and equipment as directed by the Foreman.
Perform hands-on labor, including digging, backfilling trenches, and job site cleanup.
Assist with product installations under Foreman direction, following approved methods.
Carry and deliver heavy materials, up to 50 pounds, to and from job sites.
Work safely in small or tight enclosed spaces such as crawlspaces and basements.
Work outdoors in all weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
Operate TerraFirma vehicles safely and responsibly.
Show up consistently and reliably for the crew.
Return equipment in top condition.
