About The Position
Looking for a hands-on job where you can build something you’re proud of? We are seeking dependable and motivated Construction Laborers to join our team. These positions play key roles in the assembly and construction of modular homes. The ideal candidates will have experience working with lumber, basic power tools, and a solid understanding of how to accurately read and use a tape measure. If you have the required skills listed above, we’d love to hear from you!
Requirements
- Accurate and efficient use of a tape measure.
- Ability to identify lumber dimensions.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in carpentry/construction—This includes at home DIY projects, recent related high-school classes, or previous jobs.
- Hand/power tool experience.
- Graduation from high school or GED equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Be part of the action by helping assemble and construct custom modular homes. You’ll bring your skills in framing, roofing, siding, flooring, and finishing work to life.
- Use construction equipment and tools with skill and precision.
- Work closely with your team, following project plans to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Keep the worksite safe and tidy, sticking to all safety regulations and company policies.
