Construction Internship

Haselden ConstructionBozeman, MT
Onsite

About The Position

At Haselden, our vision is to be a great builder, and our purpose is empowering our people to be the best version of themselves today to fulfill their customers’ expectations. We believe the best builders are developed by giving people meaningful responsibility, strong mentors, and opportunities to learn by doing. As a Haselden intern, you will spend your summer in the mix of the project site with real responsibilities. You will become part of an active project team, work alongside experienced construction professionals, and gain firsthand exposure to how we plan, coordinate, and build complex projects. Our culture is built around strong relationships, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a sense of belonging. We value people who take initiative, ask good questions, follow through on commitments, and are willing to step outside their comfort zone to learn and grow. Haselden's internship program is a full-time, hands-on experience typically lasting 3–6 months. Internship opportunities are available in operations, with interns assigned directly to a project team. Interns will also complete a final presentation highlighting their experience, key lessons learned, and contributions during their internship. Presentations are shared with Haselden leaders, executives, mentors, and project team members. Internship opportunities may be available throughout Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana, including the Front Range, Western Slope, Cheyenne, Laramie, and Bozeman.
